Delete your account and data

Yandere AI does not ask you to register: an anonymous account is created for you automatically the first time you open the App. This page explains what that account stores, how to have it deleted, and what happens after the request.
What is stored
- The account record itself: an internal identifier, the app you use, interface language, notification token, and the email and password if you linked them in the App settings.
- Profile information you filled in yourself: avatar, "about me" text and optional details such as gender, age, city, country and interests.
- Your activity in the App: messages exchanged with the AI character, files you sent or uploaded (photos, audio, video), unlocked content and the history of what was shown to you.
- Technical and usage records: analytics events, advertising and consent state, delivery log of push notifications.
Delete the account right in the App
The quickest way, which works for every account — including the anonymous one created automatically: open the App and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. No email or password is needed. The account and all the data listed above are deleted from our servers at once and permanently, and the App starts from scratch with a new empty account. We keep only records that can no longer be linked to you, such as usage statistics and records of purchases; copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days.
Deleting the account does not cancel a Premium subscription: subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so cancel it in your store account settings.
What you can request with the form
If you cannot open the App (for example, you have already removed it), or you want to keep the account and delete only the data, send a request with the form below.
- Delete the account and all data. The account and everything listed above are removed. This is permanent: progress, chat history and unlocked content cannot be restored, and the App starts from scratch.
- Delete the data, keep the account. Messages, uploaded files, profile details and history are removed, while the (now empty) account keeps working on your device.
How to send the request
Use the form below and sign in with the email and password you set in the App (Profile → Email and sign-in) — that is how we know the account is yours. If you have never set them, simply delete the account in the App as described above: from this page we have no reliable way to tell which fully anonymous account is yours, and we will not delete someone else's data on an unverified request.
Deleting the App from your device removes the data stored on the device, but not the account on our servers — for that, delete the account in the App before removing it, or send the request.
What happens after a request
- The request goes to our support team. The account is identified by the credentials you signed in with, so no further confirmation is normally needed.
- Requests are processed within 30 days. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days.
- We keep only the record of the request itself and anonymous aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you. Where the law requires us to keep something longer (for example, records of purchases), we keep the minimum required.
