These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the 67 Camera application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The App provides an entertainment camera game: it highlights the digits 6 and 7 in the camera frame and lets you publish your catches to a shared, moderated feed of photos. The App also includes an optional chat with a fictional AI character whose messages are generated automatically and must not be treated as professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Content
Content generated by the AI is provided "as is" for entertainment. We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of automatically generated content.
5. Advertising and Purchases
The App may show advertising and offer optional rewarded content. Any purchases are processed by the respective app store.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Photos you publish
You are responsible for what you photograph and publish. By publishing a catch you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the photo does not violate the rights of other people.
It is not allowed to publish photos of other people without their consent, personal documents, contact details, advertising, or any content that is offensive, frightening, sexual or otherwise unsuitable for a young audience.
Moderation and reports
The shared feed is pre-moderated: a photo becomes visible to other players only after a human review, and we may reject or remove any photo at our discretion. Every photo in the feed can be reported, which sends it back for a repeated review.
Recognition of the digits is a game mechanic, not a precise measurement: the App may miss digits or highlight them by mistake, and the shutter is intentionally never blocked because of that.
